Tibaje's Terms & Conditions — Complete Guide

These terms and conditions apply to the Tibaje (tibaje.bet) platform and all its services. They come into effect whenever you visit our website, use the mobile app, or access any of our services.

Tibaje is an international online betting platform operating under a valid license. Our services are available only to for users aged 18 and above Only. No underage individual is permitted to use this platform.

Although these terms are provided in Bengali, the original English version will take precedence in any legal dispute. It is your responsibility to comply with the laws and regulations applicable in your jurisdiction.

To open an account with Tibaje, the following conditions must be met:

• You must be at least 18 years of age.
• Accurate and complete personal information must be provided.
• Each person may register only one account.
• Accounts must be registered in your own name, not on behalf of another person.
• Your account password must be kept confidential and must not be shared with anyone.

If the information provided at registration is found to be false or incomplete, Tibaje reserves the right to suspend or permanently close the account. A copy of your national ID or passport may be requested for KYC verification.

Attempting to open multiple accounts from the same device, IP address, or payment method will result in all accounts being closed and deposited funds may be forfeited.

The following rules apply to all bets placed on Tibaje:

• Once a bet is placed and confirmed, it cannot be cancelled unless a verified technical error is found.
• Tibaje reserves the right to void any bets placed at incorrect odds.
• Odds on live betting may change in real time once a match has started.
• If a match is postponed or cancelled, the stake will be refunded.
• Bets linked to match-fixing or manipulation will be voided.

Tibaje reserves the right to set maximum limits on any bet. Coordinated betting across multiple accounts on the same match at the same time to gain a system advantage — known as arbitrage betting — is strictly prohibited.

Any use of fraud, fake identities, or automated bots in betting will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of all winnings.

The following rules apply to all deposits and withdrawals on Tibaje:

• Minimum Deposit Amount: ৳500
• Minimum Withdrawal Amount: ৳1,000
• Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 15 minutes to 24 hours.
• Accepted payment methods: Mobile Pay, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer.
• Deposits and withdrawals must be made using the same payment method.

Full KYC verification must be completed before any withdrawal can be made. Withdrawal requests from unverified accounts will not be accepted. Additional verification may be required for large withdrawal amounts.

Withdrawals to third-party accounts are not permitted. Funds can only be returned to a payment method registered in your own name. Tibaje reserves the right to hold and investigate any transactions suspected of money laundering or other suspicious activity.

Tibaje's bonus and promotion offers are provided under the following terms:

• The welcome bonus is available to new registered members only.
• Each bonus comes with its own wagering requirements.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — a specified wagering requirement must be met first.
• Any attempt to claim the same bonus more than once will result in the bonus being void.
• Bonus offers are valid for a limited time only.

Tibaje reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus offer at any time. Any attempt to abuse bonuses or exploit loopholes will result in forfeiture of the relevant bonus and any winnings derived from it.

Upon account closure, any valid balance (excluding bonuses) will be refunded. However, if fraud is established, all funds may be forfeited. You may also request to close your account at any time.
